Early last month, the 2021 Street of Dreams finished up out in Valley, Nebraska; with seven lake luxury homes as the stars of the show. This annually hosted event by the Metro Omaha Builders Association gives builders, designers, and craftsman the ability to show their most adventurous and inspiring work. There were a number of amazing designs featured in this years homes! The Street of Dreams is a great opportunity for the community to tour custom-built homes, see trends in home design, and talk with local builders. This years Street of Dreams homes were set out on Flat Water Lake with CKF products featured in all seven homes. Below, we go in-depth and share the details of each space that features CKF product!

Archistructure:

This beautifully designed, modern lake home by Archistructure featured CKF 360 cabinetry and quartz countertops from the Private Studio Collection. A bright ‘White’ perimeter mixed with a warm ‘Pecan’ stained island and open shelving in the kitchen is the perfect lake luxury look. ‘Eternal Calacatta Gold’ countertop and full height splash ties it all together with warm grey and gold veining throughout. Each room created here has its own unique style. From lake room bar to the laundry room, each space serves its purpose perfectly! This home walked away with ‘Best Kitchen’ and ‘Best Primary Suite’ from the judging committee.

Distinct Homes:

Taupe cabinets have been so on trend this year and Distinct Homes hit it out of the park with their kitchen. Our 360 cabinetry is the true star of the show here! A walk-in pantry with wine fridge, luxurious master bath and more made this home a stand out. It earned the People’s Choice award from the judging committee!

G. Lee Homes:

G.Lee Homes created two lake luxury homes in this years Street of Dreams. This home was constructed and designed with their client in mind. The island in this kitchen features taller than average counter height to account for the clients tall frame. On top of customizing the counter height of the island, the client wanted deep blue cabinets and masculine countertops. In comes ‘Charcoal Blue’ from the 360 cabinetry line and ‘Poble Nou Suede’ quartz from the Private Studio Collection. We love the function of this house with multiple custom drop zones and spacious bathrooms throughout!

The second home from G.Lee Homes was also created with their client in mind. This home was full of natural light. The kitchen featured a ‘White’ perimeter in CKF 360 cabinetry with a high-contrast ‘Black’ Sorrento island. It was the perfect mix of modern and moody! To finish off the look, the countertops are in ‘Marengo’ from the Private Studio Collection.

Art of a Craftsman knows how to make a dreamy lake luxury home! We love this bright ‘White’ kitchen with hints of warm wood tones. Lake living could never be better with this dreamy space complete with the perfect coffee bar right off the living room. The coffee bar is stunning in ‘Black’ from our 360 cabinetry line!

An outdoor space perfect for lake living and beautifully curated bathrooms in this home from Charles Thomas are just what the Street of Dreams is all about. Inspiring design, color, and texture throughout and we absolutely love it. This outdoor kitchen/bar area features ‘Via Lattea’ Granite countertops, a popular choice for outdoor spaces and we can see why!
